Dave Leber

Since 1996, David Leber has been dedicated to helping individuals, families, and businesses protect what matters most. With expertise in life insurance, disability insurance, health insurance for individuals and businesses, and college and retirement planning, David has built a career on trust, service, and results. In December 2023, he founded Leber Insurance Group, continuing his mission to deliver comprehensive, affordable insurance solutions tailored to each client’s needs.

As an independent agent since 1999, David has always believed in operating within a true broker environment, allowing him to compare rates and coverage options from numerous carriers. This approach ensures his clients consistently receive the best product at the most competitive rate available in the marketplace.

In 2011, David expanded his services by forming Horizon Insure, Inc., adding homeowners, automobile, business, and commercial insurance to his portfolio. This allowed clients to conveniently bundle all their insurance needs under one trusted umbrella, backed by the confidence that their coverage and pricing are re-evaluated every year for continued savings and protection. Later that same year, David established a strategic partnership with a multi-carrier network, granting access to over 26 carriers for home and auto and 30+ carriers for commercial and business insurance, further enhancing his ability to serve clients with unmatched flexibility and value.

Now, through Leber Insurance Group, David continues his legacy of excellence by offering the same client-first approach, leveraging decades of experience and a wide network of carriers to find the best prices, strongest coverages, and most reliable service. His goal is simple: to build lasting relationships through diligence, integrity, and a deep commitment to securing the right solutions for every client.

David proudly resides in Newtown, Pennsylvania, with his wife Beth and their two children, Matyson and Jack.

BETH LEBER

Beth earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Penn State University, where she focused her studies on Business Marketing and Management. After graduation, she began her career in Corporate America with Coventry First, a life settlement company, where she served as an Account Manager. During her ten-year tenure, Beth played an integral role in managing client cases from start to completion, developing a strong foundation in client service and process management.

Following her successful corporate career, Beth made the transition into the insurance industry, where she quickly excelled. After passing her insurance licensing exams, she began managing a diverse portfolio of employee benefits programs for numerous businesses, earning a reputation for her professionalism, responsiveness, and deep understanding of client needs.

Today, Beth serves as the Employee Benefits Brokerage Director for Leber Insurance Group, where she oversees all aspects of the agency’s employee benefits operations, including implementation, client relations, servicing, and claims management. Known for her exceptional organization and attention to detail, Beth is often described as the glue that keeps the Employee Benefits division running smoothly, a sentiment echoed by both her colleagues and clients alike.

Beth resides in Newtown, PA, with her husband Dave and their two children, Maty and Jack.

Chris Fisher

Chris brings over 30 years of experience in underwriting health, dental, vision, and employee benefit plans, with a career built on expertise, dedication, and strong relationships in the insurance industry. He began his career at Corporate Financial Services in September 1992, where he spent a decade working under one of the most respected insurance executives of our time, Sid Friedman. After Sid’s passing in 2003, Chris was inspired to continue his mentor’s legacy by founding Stellar Performance Group, a firm focused on delivering comprehensive insurance solutions to the business marketplace.

Through Stellar, Chris developed affiliations and partnerships with all major insurance carriers in the Delaware Valley, giving his clients access to the most competitive and reliable options available. Guided by his passion for helping businesses secure the best financial products, he later expanded his practice into the commercial insurance sector, offering even broader protection for his clients.

In 2011, Chris joined forces with David Leber to establish Horizon Insure, Inc., extending his services to include homeowners, auto, and commercial insurance. This partnership allowed Chris to bring his business and benefits expertise into a full-service insurance agency capable of meeting both personal and professional coverage needs.

Today, Chris operates as a key member of the Leber Insurance Group, continuing his long-standing commitment to helping clients design customized insurance strategies that deliver the right balance of protection and value. From health insurance to liability and workers’ compensation, Chris and the Leber Insurance Group team help clients implement comprehensive plans tailored to their unique goals through thoughtful and strategic planning.

Fred Graziani

Fred is a proud graduate of Father Judge High School and later Widener University, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Management with honors. During his college years, he interned with a major government contractor supporting Foreign Military Sales accounting and contracting, a role that launched a successful 25+ year career in the federal contracting sector. 

Over the decades, Fred built a reputation as a seasoned Senior Financial Analyst and Business Manager, applying his expertise in contract management, budgeting, and financial operations to support several Fortune 500 companies, including Lockheed Martin and General Dynamics. Driven by a passion for learning and growth, Fred also obtained his Pennsylvania Real Estate License, expanding his professional skill set even further. 

Now, Fred brings his extensive business background to the Leber Insurance Group, where he is excited to begin a new chapter in Property, Casualty, Life, and Health Insurance. He looks forward to working alongside his long-time friend Dave Leber and the entire team, learning from their deep industry experience, and contributing to the exceptional service our clients have come to expect.

Erin Kane

Born and raised among the historic landscapes of Bucks County, Erin brings a deep appreciation for community, connection, and service to the Leber Insurance Group team. Her diverse professional background, as both a former law enforcement officer and a chef, has equipped her with exceptional integrity, precision, and a strong sense of responsibility that shines through in everything she does. 

Today, Erin serves as a trusted Home and Auto Insurance Broker, helping clients safeguard the people and property they value most. Married to a firefighter and firmly rooted in her local community, she understands firsthand the importance of safety, family, and trust. Clients appreciate her warm personality, her ability to truly listen, and her commitment to educating them so they can make confident, informed decisions about their coverage. 

Erin’s lifelong familiarity with Bucks County gives her unique insight into the needs of local homeowners and drivers. She combines her regional knowledge with a personalized approach, tailoring insurance solutions to fit each client’s specific goals and circumstances. 

Outside of work, Erin enjoys exploring Bucks County’s rich history, supporting local events and restaurants, traveling, and spending quality time with family and friends.
