Dave Leber

David Leber has been helping individuals, families, and businesses since 1996 in the areas of life insurance, disability insurance, health insurance for individuals and businesses, and college and retirement planning. Dave opened his own insurance company, the Leber Insurance Group, in December 2023.

As an independent agent since 1999, his business philosophy was that of being in the “Broker Environment” where he could shop the rates for his clients with numerous companies in the marketplace, thus guaranteeing his clients the best product at the best rate for their situation.

In 2011 David formed the corporation “Horizon Insure Inc.” adding the lines of Homeowners, Automobile, Business, and Commercial insurance to his Product Portfolio for his clients. Now all of Horizon Insures’ clients can have all of their Insurances bundled under one (Horizon Insure, Inc.) umbrella with the peace of mind that they are getting the best rate and the best product for their specific situation EVERY YEAR, Also in November 2011 David formed a partnership with Street Road Insurance where he is able to utilize a multi carrier contract which currently holds 26 Carrier Contracts to shop homeowners and auto, and over 30 for commercial/ business insurance for our clients. David has now opened The Leber Insurance Group to continue his legacy of finding his clients the best prices and coverage available..

At Leber Insurance Group it is our goal to build business relationships through due diligence and hard work by securing the best products and rates by surveying the entire marketplace for our clients.

David Leber lives in Newtown PA with his wife Beth and 2 children, Matyson, and Jack.

BETH LEBER

Beth attended Penn State University where her studies focused on Business Marketing and Management and Beth received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business.  After Graduating she found a Career in Corporate America with Coventry First, a Life Settlement company where she was an Account Manager and helped process cases from Start to Fruition. After a 10-year run with Coventry, Beth made the Jump into the Insurance Industry. Beth instantly excelled in the Insurance Arena where she promptly passed her Insurance Exams and began handling an entire portfolio of Employee Benefits for Dozens of Businesses.

She now is the Employee Benefits Brokerage Director for the Leber Insurance Group, where she oversees all Employee Benefits Activity from implementation, servicing, claims, and Client Interaction. Beth continues to be the glue that keeps the Employee Benefits Brokerage together. Her efficiency and attention to detail are amazing as can be confirmed by our Clients. 

Beth lives in Newtown PA, with her Husband Dave and 2 children, Maty and Jack.

Chris Fisher

Chris has over 20 years experience underwriting Health, Dental, Vision, and Employee Benefit plans.
Chris worked at Corporate Financial Services from September 1992 to October 2002 under one of the
greatest insurance executives of our generation, Sid Friedman. Sid unfortunately passed away in 2003
at which time Chris decided to start Stellar Performance Group. Stellar mainly focused on providing
insurance to the business marketplace. Chris has secured affiliations and relationships with all the
major Insurance carriers in the Delaware Valley. Chris Continued his vision of helping businesses
secure the best financial products available and expanded his practice to the commercial arena as well.
Chris, along with David Leber, formed the agency/corporation Horizon Insure, Inc. in 2011, expanding
his services to the areas of homeowners, auto and commercial insurance. Under the Horizon Insure
Inc. umbrella we can provide a turn-key, one stop shop for all Horizon’s clients. Ranging from Health
Insurance to Liability and Worker’s Compensation, we can help our clients implement the perfect plan
for their specific needs through strategic planning.
